RFP - HVAC and Roof Replacement Project CIP GI 0119

This project includes the roof and HVAC replacement for Civic Center portion of Civic Plaza along with;installation of new Fire Alarm System, EMS system, Data outlets, window film, replacement of ceilings, and interior patch and paint work, and other items not specifically mentioned herein, and doing all appurtenant work in place and ready for use, all as shown in the Contract Documents entitled as shown above, now on file in the office of the Public Works Director, to which reference is hereby made for further particulars. The construction value of the Design-Build Contract is approximately $2.8 Million to $3.1 Million.
