Alamo Creek Park and Assessment District Fence Replacement Project (PK0122)

PROJECT SCOPE: The Project is more specifically defined in the Contract Documents, but generally includes: furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and services necessary to perform the construction and installation of the following: The full removal and disposal of existing ornamental metal fencing along Fall Creek Road, Dougherty Road and Wildwood Road, and replacement with new 6’ height vinyl coated chain link fencing and chain link pedestrian gates and vehicular maintenance gates, 48” height decorative metal fencing on existing monument sign and culvert walls, and the patching and painting of the existing monument signs at Alamo Creek Park all as shown in the Specifications, Special Provisions, and other Contract Documents entitled as shown above, now on file in the office of the Public Works Director, to which reference is hereby made for further particulars.

The City’s estimated total construction cost for this Project is between $400,000 and $500,000.

PRE-BID MEETING: Contractors bidding the project are required to attend one of the mandatory pre-bid conferences prior to bidding. The pre-bid conferences are scheduled for August 17, 2023 at 11:00 a.m., August 22, 2023 at 2:00 p.m., September 12, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. and will be located at Alamo Creek Park, 7601 Shady Creek Road, Dublin, CA 94568. Sub-contractors are not required to attend the pre-bid conference.
