RFQ Civic Center HVAC and Roof Replacement

NOTICE INVITING REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS OF DESIGN-BUILD ENTITIES

The City of Dublin (hereinafter “the City”) intends to contract with a Design-Build Entity (DBE) to design and construct the upgrades and replacement of the HVAC system and roofing on the City Hall building, at the Civic Center. The Project is located at 100 Civic Plaza, Dublin, CA. 94568.

Request for Qualifications (RFQ) packages of Design-Build Entities will be received by the Public Works Department of the City of Dublin. Respondents to this Pre-qualification questionnaire shall send an email to michael.boitnott@dublin.ca.gov prior to the 2:00 PM deadline on April 16, 2020 requesting a OneDrive link for you to upload the proposal package. Only one electronic pdf copy of the proposal is required. The proposals must be uploaded to the OneDrive link provided prior end of day on April 16, 2020. Only prequalified Design-Build Entities will be issued formal Request for Proposals.

Pre-Qualification Conference – Cancelled

The two-story City Hall building is approximately 32,000 square feet. The roof area is approximately 16,000 square feet. The construction value of the Design-Build Contract is approximately $1.5 Million to $2 Million.
