Fallon Sports Park Phase 3

Work of this Contract for the Fallon Sports Park – Phase 3, City of Dublin, includes the construction of two little league fields, a cricket pitch, lighted batting cages, four volleyball courts, children’s play area, landscaping and concrete paving. The work includes but is not limited to demolition, clearing and grubbing, earthwork, storm water pollution controls, miscellaneous metals, chain link fencing, playground equipment, sports equipment, scoreboard, site furnishings, pre-fab scorekeepers booth, electrical equipment and controls, lighting, asphalt concrete paving, concrete pavers, infield surfacing and clay, stabilized decomposed granite paving, signing and striping, synthetic turf, engineered wood fiber system, site concrete, irrigation soil preparation, hydroseeding, planting, sports field planting and preparation, and storm drainage.
