Heritage Park and Museums - Improvement Plans

PRE-BID MEETING: Contractors bidding the project are not required to attend one of the two pre-bid conferences prior to bidding. The pre-bid conferences are scheduled for March 8 2021 at 10:00 A.M. and March 10 2021 at 2:00 P.M., each will cover the same material and will be located at Old St. Raymond’s Church at 6600 Donlon Way, Dublin, CA. Sub-contractors are not required to attend the pre-bid conference.

COST ESTIMATE: The City’s estimated total construction cost for this Project is between $900,000-$975,000. The estimate is intended to serve merely as a guideline of the magnitude of work. Neither the bidders nor the contractor shall be entitled to claims because of any inaccuracy in the estimated cost range.
