Dublin Blvd Pavement Rehab Project St0117 & ST0120

The Project is more specifically defined in the Contract Documents, but generally includes furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and services necessary to perform the construction and installation of the following: street resurfacing of Dublin Boulevard from Scarlett Drive to Hacienda Drive, including the installation of curb ramp replacement, cold planning and overlay, pavement marking, adjusting utilities to grade, and modifications to traffic signals, all as shown in the Specifications, Special Provisions, and other Contract Documents entitled as shown above, now on file in the office of the Public Works Director, to which reference is hereby made for further particulars.

The City’s estimated total construction cost for this Project is between
$3,000,000 and $3,500,000.

PRE-BID MEETING: Contractors bidding the project are required to attend one of the mandatory
pre-bid conference prior to bidding. The pre-bid conferences are scheduled for May 4, 2022 at 2
p.m., and May 10, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. and will be located at the Dublin City Hall, 100 Civic Plaza.
Bids will not be accepted from contractors that do not attend one of the pre-bid meetings. Subcontractor
are not required to attend the pre-bid conference
