Project Scope: This project provides for furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and services necessary to perform the construction and installation of the following: to install, replace and remove small trash capture devices in specified storm drain inlet structures within the City of Dublin, as shown on the plans, Specifications, Special Provisions, and other Contract Documents entitled as shown above, now on file in the office of the Public Works Director, to which reference is hereby made for further particulars

Cost Estimate: The City’s estimated total construction cost for this Project is between $190,000 and $215,000. The estimate is intended to serve merely as a guideline of the magnitude of work. Neither the bidders nor the contractor shall be entitled to claims because of any inaccuracy in the estimated cost range.
Pre-bid meeting: Contractors bidding the project are required to attend the mandatory pre-bid conference prior to bidding. The pre-bid conference is scheduled for June 4, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. and will be located at the Dublin City Hall, 100 Civic Plaza. Bids will not be accepted from contractors that do not attend the pre-bid meeting. Sub-contractors are not required to attend the pre-bid conference.
